Chapman, whose show “Dog the Bounty Hunter" is a popular A&E cable series, reportedly used the “N"-word several times and berated his son's girlfriend, who is Black, in a private conversation. The National Enquirer magazine Web site posted some of the eight-minute-long talk, during which Chapman threatens to fire his son from their bail bondsman business, unless he breaks up with Monique Shinnery. Chapman admits to using the “N"-word during his bounty hunting work and warns his son that Shinnery may reveal this publicly. “I'm not gonna take a chance, ever in life, of losing everything I've worked for, for 30 years, 'cause some f**king ni**er heard us say ‘ni**er' and turned us in to Enquirer magazine. Our career is over," he is recorded saying.
'Dog' Chapman's racist bark
In the crosshairs: Duane "Dog" Chapman. Move over comedian Michael Richards, former baseball player John Rocker, former Dodger general manager Al Campanis, former CBS analyst Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder all of whom suffered for "anti-black" remarks. Chapman hosts the top-rated A&E reality show "Dog the Bounty Hunter" where he and his family track down and turn in bail jumpers. The National Enquirer obtained tapes of two telephone conversations between Chapman and his son. Angered by his son's relationship with a black woman, Dog released a flurry of "n-words." He feared, according to the minute-and-a-half audio released of the conversation, that the son's "n-word" girlfriend might tape Dog using the n-word he admits that he uses the word liberally and she'd release the tape to the public.

Uniontown Trooper Stefani Plume said she was investigating a residential burglary along Shady Side Road near Collier while Trooper Russ Freed was at a business police identified as the Carolyn Motel, attempting to serve a warrant on a Gary Fisher. Plume learned the person involved in the break-in might also be at the motel and joined Freed. Upon seeing the troopers, Fisher and Andrew Mosley, no ages or addresses provided, ran from the motel, police said. Both men were located after an extensive search and arraigned before Belle Vernon District Judge Jesse Cramer. Mosley was arraigned on charges of burglary relating to the incident Plume was investigating, theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest.
